Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with Brookwood Load Solutions, you must contact customer support by email (sales@brookwoodsolutions.co.uk) or by phone 01622 535270 Option 2. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Out of Stock Policy

Our stock can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in ­stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out ­of ­stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out­ of­ stock items are replenished and available to despatch within two (2) weeks.

Shipping Policy for In­ Stock Items

All items indicated to be in­stock are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM GMT/BST. In­ stock items ordered after 1:00 PM GMT/BST will be shipped on the following business day.

Online Return & Exchange Policy 

Brookwood Load Solutions Ltd will issue a full refund (less shipping costs) for most items returned in new condition within 14 days of the shipment date.

IMPORTANT: All returns to Brookwood Load Solutions Ltd must include the original receipt, refunds cannot be given without this.

Please contact customer service at 01622 535270 Option 2 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number within 14 days of purchase date if you need to return an item.

We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card - within 5 working days.

IMPORTANT: Returns sent without an authorised RMA number cannot be refunded.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Procedure – Please contact our Customer Support for help in determining whether the item appears defective. If it is, Support will provide instructions for returning the item. Shipping costs to us are paid by the customer? all costs to ship back replacement goods to the customer are paid by us.
